A student of mine once came to me with a complaint after i distributed the Pre-Board examination answer papers,
"sir, i have written everything and you didn't give me marks. Why?"
I said:
"You have written everything, that's why. You should write only what the question demands. You can't get good marks if you write everything you know"
She was very impressed by the reply and promised me to work on the finer aspects thereafter. Most of the students, i have seen, fail to score good marks in English because they take for granted the WRITING SKILLS esp. the long compositions like Article, speech, report, letter writing etc. resulting in average answers with irrelevant points.The reason is that they hardly update any information on the topic from internet, newspapers or other sources where plenty of writings appear every day on the latest happening in the field. I felt that a list of important topics from important fields would help them with a handy reference material based on which they can keep looking for updates. Here it is:

very well said.. and informed.. d whole world is a knowledge package.. i like pin point answers for the asked questions.. but when it comes on us v may also sumtimes get confused.. so the best way is practicing and having a hold on reepartee:
